redbull, unreturned calls and matthew good

10 pm and just cracking a Red Bull, for that little extra kick:) So late at night, but I know there are a lot of night owls like me. So instead of fitting so much into such a little Facebook status update, I got a little more space here to share some thoughts with y'all.
One thought, if you've ever read my blogs on myspace long ago, you'll see that I always posted the top 3 things that piss me off. Its funny that something such as bad weather, bills, politics, or just a song I heard will make the Top 3. I think its time to soon revive that top 3 list, and find a few things that can leave this dude feeling a bit perturbed...
Phones and the mail system have been around since way before I entered this world, and will probably be around long after I'm gone. Sure a few more conveniences have made their way to the top of the heap. Cellphones and computers, have seemed to take over the way we communicate these days. Social networking sites, SMS (Text) messaging, and the all-famous e-mail are all the top and only ways to communicate. The actual need to hear another persons voice, has been replaced by a few status updates, wall posts or a text message. I'm cool with all of that, I love my blackberry and the cool new technology that changes constantly.
One thing, that does bother me a bit, of course, is the occasional call that goes unreported, unnoticed, unreturned...In this day and age where a person will always have a cellphone attached to their ear or their thumbs, I'm sure a simple call or email reply can be easily accomplished. Just a little gripe I have with the world today, and I'm sure I will get over it by the next blog update:)
This can of energy is near empty and just started some more tunes by Matthew Good, one of my favourite Canadian Artists. Like honestly, who could write a song called "Apparitions" or "Volcanoes" and share such great words and emotions. Songwriters like this give me a bit of inspiration and the strength to carry on with this musical ride. If you get the chance, check out some of Matthew's songs you won't be disappointed you may even be mesmerized.
